雷晔，德国医学博士，中国医学科学院肿瘤医院博士后。

北京石油化工学院人工智能研究院助理研究员。

泌尿外科主治医师，主要研究领域为泌尿男生殖系统肿瘤的精准诊断和治疗以及人工智能及大数据分析在泌尿男生殖系肿瘤中的应用。作为课题负责人已经承担国家自然科学基金青年项目以及湖南省自然科学基金青年项目各一项。在European Urology等SCI杂志发表论文12篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表8篇，最高影响因子17分（2篇）。
